About the Role

We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Executive to support the Antler global marketing operations team in managing CRM requests (HubSpot), updating website content, and assisting with other BAU CRM& marketing initiatives.

Based in Bangalore, India, this role requires a HubSpot-certified professional with experience in CRM management, website content updates, and marketing operations support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support CRM tickets requests from global teams, ensuring data integrity and seamless campaign execution in HubSpot
  • Assist in executing and optimising email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation workflow
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain CRM data integrity and support marketing automation processes.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvements.
  • Handle website copy updates and small content edits within our Webflow instance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across global pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing & scouting initiatives and enhance user engagement.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM management (HubSpot), website content updates, or digital marketing operations.
  • HubSpot Certification (mandatory) – must be certified in HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests from global teams.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (Webflow) for content updates.
  • Good analytical skills for reporting on campaign and CRM performance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM and Webflow CMS platforms for website updates.
  • Good understanding of web and CRM analytics including lifecycle and original source tracking
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website edits.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
