📝 Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Work alongside our SEA Partners and team to primarily support Antler’s portfolio founders in their fundraising efforts, accessing internal resources or ad-hoc tasks as needed to help them scale their businesses.
     
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and key metrics of portfolio companies, providing regular updates to the dedicated Partners and support founders with data-driven insights.
     
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build financial models, projections, and forecasts for portfolio companies, helping them assess growth opportunities, funding requirements, and overall financial health.
     
  • Founder Support: Assist portfolio companies with incorporation, bank account opening, business development, hiring and other operational challenges.
     
  • Network and Ecosystem Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including angel and institutional investors, potential customers, partners, and other ecosystem players in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
     
  • Reporting and Insights: Contribute to the development of internal reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and company developments.
     
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing and executing portfolio showcase events and networking opportunities for portfolio companies to engage with the broader startup ecosystem.

🎯 Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in venture capital, startup operations, business development, or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem in Vietnam, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.

  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience building forecasts, projections, and business valuations.
  • Solid understanding of deal structures, term sheets, and the venture capital investment process.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Enjoy moving fast to iterate while remaining detail-oriented, much like in a startup.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. 
  • Insatiable hunger to learn and proven strong drive.
