About the Role

We are hiring a Visiting Analyst focused on Founder Experience. This is a junior, non-investor role supporting our efforts to create a best-in-class experience for entrepreneurs in the UK. For this nine-month contract, you will help deliver high-quality programming, community engagement, and operational excellence across our founder lifecycle—from onboarding to post-investment support.

This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on exposure to the early-stage startup and venture capital ecosystem. You’ll gain rare, insider access to how great startups are built—from day zero—while being embedded in one of the world’s most connected venture capital firms.

This role is designed to maximise learning and open doors. At the end of your nine-month contract, you’ll be well-positioned to join a startup, launch your venture, or pursue a role in the broader VC and startup ecosystem.

Depending on your interests and skill set, this could include joining one of our portfolio companies, founding your own business, or pursuing another role within the startup and venture capital world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder Experience & Community Building
    • Support the day-to-day experience of founders in our London residencies (which happen twice annually).
    • Help manage founder onboarding and offboarding processes, including surveys, feedback loops, and data capture.
    • Assist with founder support activities across our portfolio post-residency.

  • Events & Engagement
    • Coordinate community events, meetups, and speaker sessions to foster connection, learning, and peer support.
    • Ensure events run smoothly through strong logistical planning and onsite execution.

  • Operational Support & Tooling
    • Maintain founder-facing systems and platforms, such as Slack, Airtable, Notion, and HubSpot.
    • Track engagement and impact metrics to inform continuous improvement of our founder experience.

  • Ecosystem Building
    • Contribute to Antler’s established and rapidly growing communities, such as Next Gen and Junior VC Drinks.
    • Assist with ecosystem engagement, including local VC and founder community touchpoints.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and who thrives in fast-paced environments. You might be just starting, but you bring founder empathy, creative problem-solving, and a passion for startups. You won’t tick all of these boxes, and that’s fine.

  • A recent graduate or early career professional with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and driven, with a team mindset.
  • High founder empathy and naturally driven towards problem solving
  • Passionate about startups, founders, and the venture ecosystem.
  • A proactive, adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Comfortable with modern productivity tools and excited to learn more (Slack, Airtable, Notion, Hubspot).
  • Eager to grow your career in venture, community, operations, or startup support.

Please Note: We do not sponsor UK visas.

Why Join Antler
