The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Manager to join our team in London. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of startups, corporates, and venture capital, helping some of the world’s leading companies make bold, strategic moves into new markets, models, and ventures.

As a Manager within Ibex, you’ll work side-by-side with our core team of venture builders, ex-founders, and strategy operators on live client engagement. You’ll be hands-on, client-facing, and exposed to the full journey, from strategy to execution.

We move fast, work lean, and value progress over process. Expect to get stuck in.

What You Could Be Supporting

  • Client Delivery - for example
    • Work directly with Antler Ibex partners to identify, design, and execute on growth and innovation initiatives
    • Support the execution of startup partnership programs, venture-building sprints, talent scouting and other corporate innovation initiatives
    • Lead live client projects, including workshop facilitation, client interactions, and stakeholder management
  • Business Strategy & Thought Capital
    • Focused support with the partners leading the Ibex group
    • Conduct market and startup landscape mapping
    • Developing and building our thought capital strategy
  • Ecosystem Building
    • Developing and executing our ecosystem strategy
    • Collaborate with Ibex’s global network of experts, entrepreneurs, and VCs to bring fresh thinking and insights to our partners
 

Requirements

  • A graduate business degree (MBA, MSc, etc.)
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in management consulting, venture capital, startups, and/ or corporate strategy or innovation industry roles
  • Client-facing experience in advisory/ professional services roles is a significant plus
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, paired with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • A natural collaborator who builds trust quickly and brings energy into teams and client rooms
  • Aligned to our Ibex values - chasing impact, making it personal, hustling, and aren’t afraid to challenge convention
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
