The role
This is a global role in the finance team reporting into the Global Head of Finance that provides exposure to a wide array of financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams across regions, delivering insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Your Role
As the FP&A Manager, you will:
- Drive the Group Annual Budgeting exercise, with the help of CFO, Global Head of Finance and Head of Accounting.
- Conduct rolling forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional strategies.
- Lead the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews, working closely with senior leadership to deliver and track clear and actionable insights.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize business outcomes.
- Develop and refine KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams, COO, CFO and General Partners to understand business challenges and deliver financial solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to local funds, providing data-backed recommendations for growth and efficiency improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices in financial reporting, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
- Work across a multicultural, cross-functional environment, fostering strong relationships with teams in different regions.
- Lead global initiatives to standardize FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
- 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of global finance operations.
- A proven ability to translate (financial) data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Expertise in leading Quarterly Business Reviews, from preparation to presentation and facilitation.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Netsuite, Power BI, or other reporting tools) and Excel/ Google Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment of ambitious and highly engaged team members.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
