Investment Manager

We’re looking for the best investment manager to join Antler in Denmark (based in Copenhagen) —someone who’s passionate about startups, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to help build the next generation of world-changing companies.

The Role & Responsibilities

As an investment manager, you will be a key player in our small team and work with founders throughout their entire journey with Antler. You’ll be finding, supporting, and investing in the most ambitious founders and be a rockstar at handling a job where two days are rarely the same.  
 

🔹 Scout the best potential founders and bring them into the Antler fold. 

🔹 Help teams build from scratch - facilitating co-founder matching, brainstorming business models, and coaching teams toward success

🔹 Make smart investments - leading selection, due diligence, and preparing teams for our Nordic Investment Committee

🔹 Support portfolio companies to achieve success - Build a deep network in the VC, angel, and strategic partner ecosystems to support the growth of our portfolio companies and help them secure follow-on funding. In later rounds, support founders in strategy and execution, while leveraging the Antler network to introduce them to customers, employees, advisors, and key partners.

Requirements

We don’t believe there’s one single path to this role, but you probably have:

✅ Founder/startup experience—you’ve started a company or been an early team member at a fast-growing startup. You don’t have to have succeeded, tried counts as much! 

OR

✅ Early-stage VC experience— perhaps you have been an intern with a VC or otherwise built some experience in the VC space. 

AND

✅ Ambitious and ready to build a network in the Danish founder, VC, and angel investor ecosystem

✅ Strong interest in tech trends—from AI to fintech to climate tech, you keep up with what’s next

✅ An extroverted, people-first mindset—you love meeting new people, connecting dots, and making things happen

✅ A high tolerance for ambiguity—you thrive in environments where things move fast and plans evolve

✅ Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, we provide a lot of freedom - but expect you to take full ownership of your tasks

✅ A passion for startups and finding the next unicorn right here in Denmark
