About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate to join Antler’s investment team in Helsinki. You’ll play a key role in identifying and supporting exceptional founders at the earliest stages. You’ll work across sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support, giving you a front-row seat to the Nordic’s most ambitious startups and founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Founder Sourcing: Identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional founders and operators across the Nordics
• Investment Process: Support screening, analysis, and decision-making for early-stage investments
• Portfolio Support: Work closely with founders pre- and post-investment — across topics like GTM, fundraising, and more from inception to growth stage
• Ecosystem Building: Expand Antler’s network across the Nordic tech and startup ecosystem, including investors, angels, universities, operators, and other key players

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in startups, venture capital, or a similar environment
• Experience as a founder or early startup operator at a fast-growing scale-up is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of product, growth, and startup-building fundamentals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and driven by curiosity and ambition
• Based in Helsinki with an obsessive passion for working with early-stage founders
