About Ibex

Ibex is a full-service breakthrough growth engine for established corporates. Backed by the world’s most active early-stage VC, Antler, and led by a global team of venture builders and innovation specialists, our unique Polynodal Approach taps into the multi-trillion-dollar innovation ecosystem to help partners make strategic vertical leaps, instead of the incremental steps offered by more traditional approaches—from full-service CVC, strategic M&A, and establishing internal innovation capabilities, to global startup challenges that advance critical strategies faster, more efficiently than ever before possible.

The qualities we value help guide how we behave in the world and the experiences we create. From the cultures we foster, to how we engage our clients and partners, and the challenges we seek to solve. Our values:

  1. Embrace Ambition. Our clients don’t come to us for mild or moderate returns. They come to us for the bold and audacious; when they need to shift trajectories and disrupt the status quo. Aim for the summit in all that you do. Be fearless in your ideas and forensic in the detail. We value the pursuit of mastering your tradecraft, a culture of excellence and continual improvement, no matter how senior or established you may be. Whether it’s in the work you create or in your own career, embrace ambition in all that you do.
  2. Make It Personal. Before most projects get to us, they demand a huge personal investment, political capital and professional risk from our clients who commission it. We never take that for granted. Work hard to make them feel supported and proud of the work we do together. Make it your mission to propel careers, not just case studies. Deliver concierge-like service. When you invest a piece of yourself into the work that you do, it emboldens others to do the same.
  3. Connection Matters. We’ve long believed in the power of connection. Connections strengthen bonds, they build trust, they create meaning, and they enable us to tap into the talents of others so we can all go further, faster, together. Whether at a personal level with clients or colleagues, or networking with the million startups that dot our ecosystem, we celebrate the spirit of community and connection always.
  4. Progress Over Process. Ambitious undertakings always face resistance. That’s why we value the drive, work ethic, hunger and resourcefulness to just get shit done. Don’t be rigid or bound by old thinking. If there’s a better, more efficient way to achieve an outcome, don’t let process slow the progress. If there’s a faster path up the mountain, don’t be afraid to take it.
  5. Defy Convention. Great breakthroughs never come from blindly following in the footsteps of others. Resist the lure of convention. Actively seek out newer, better ways to achieve positive outcomes. Even the most sheer cliff face has its footholds for those who look close enough.
