About Antler

Antler is the world’s most active early-stage investor, backing exceptional people at the very start of their journey — and supporting them from inception to scale. Across 27 cities worldwide—including New York, San Francisco, London, Berlin, Bangalore, Singapore, Seoul, and Sydney—the firm helps founders remove the barriers to building by connecting them with world-class peers, validating business models, and providing initial capital. For founders who go on to build breakout companies, Antler Elevate—the firm’s flagship, emerging growth fund—invests beyond the early stages.

To date, Antler has backed more than 1,800 startups globally across a wide range of industries and technologies with the goal of backing more than 6,400 by 2030. Antler runs a highly structured and thorough due diligence process to assess early-stage opportunities at scale. Through Antler’s structured investment approach, Antler gains a deep understanding of their strengths, scale of ambition, grit, and passion. A global network of advisors and domain experts helps further validate their business models, giving unique insights on founders’ potential.

About the role

As Fund Finance & Operations Manager, you will own the operational backbone of Antler’s fund structures, overseeing end-to-end fund administration, financial reporting, and compliance across global vehicles. You will ensure accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholders, manage budgets and external vendors, and support governance and regulatory workstreams as the Capital team continues to scale globally.

As Fund Finance & Operations Manager, you will:

  • Own fund operations for selected global Antler products, serving as the operational backbone for the Capital team's finance and compliance initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end fund administration across Antler's fund-of-funds vehicles — including investor onboarding, drawdowns, distributions, and fund payments — in close coordination with external administrators
  • Lead financial reporting cycles: annual financial statements, external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions across relevant jurisdictions
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting to LPs, regulatory bodies, auditors, and advisors
  • Drive budget ownership for the team — including annual budgeting, variance analysis, and expense management in line with group policy
  • Manage external vendor relationships related to fund operations, with accountability for cost oversight
  • Support governance, legal, and compliance workstreams across fund structures, with familiarity in EU/Luxembourg regulations a strong advantage
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as the Capital team scales globally

  • Experience supporting end-to-end fund processes (e.g. capital calls, distributions, investor onboarding, payments)
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, reporting, audits, and regulatory processes; EU/Luxembourg exposure is a plus
  • Comfortable working with external stakeholders such as administrators, auditors, legal advisors, and investors
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently across time zones
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
